Where We Ship

Spill Bully ships to all 50 US states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at 1-888-ECO-BULL or through our B2B wholesale page.

Standard Orders

Most standard orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from our fulfillment center in Oceanside, California. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT. Orders placed after 3pm PT or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Eligibility and thresholds are displayed at checkout.

Pallet and Freight Orders

Large volume orders including pallet quantities of granular absorbents, spill kits, or secondary containment products ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight orders are quoted individually based on destination, weight, and volume. Freight shipping costs will be confirmed prior to order fulfillment for orders that require it.

Lead Times

Most in-stock products ship within 1 to 3 business days. Custom kit configurations and made-to-order products may require additional lead time. Lead times for custom orders will be confirmed at the time of order.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Freight shipments will include carrier and PRO number information for tracking purposes.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos before signing the freight carrier's delivery receipt. Note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@spillbully.com. Claims for damage signed off on delivery receipts without notation may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

For lost shipments, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.

Hazardous Materials

Certain products may be subject to hazmat shipping regulations. Any applicable hazmat fees will be disclosed at checkout. If you have questions about shipping requirements for a specific product, contact us before placing your order.
